Here is a listing of some of the upcoming craft fairs and bazaars in the local region.

October

20 -- St. Thomas Episcopal Church Luncheon, Raffle and Baked Food Sale, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 1222 Junction Ave., Sturgis. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., $6 per person.

20 -- Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church Bazaar, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., corner of Peaceful Pines and Wedgewood in Black Hawk. Featuring homemade chicken noodle soup and pie for lunch, starting at 11 a.m. For more information, call Janell McKinstry at 390-2414 or 787-4654.

26 -- Sturgis Regional Hospital Auxiliary Fall Festival, 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Sturgis City Auditorium on Main Street. 27 -- 18th Annual Harvest of Crafts Bazaar at South Canyon Lutheran Church, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., 700 44th St. Featuring more than 40 booths of crafts, kuchen, caramel rolls, Indian tacos, homemade pie and coffee. 27 -- United Methodist Country Store Bazaar, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Seventh and Kansas City streets. Featuring baked goods, crafts, holiday items, pecans, napkins, greeting cards and knives. 3 -- Atonement Lutheran Annual Turkey Supper, Bazaar and Bake Sale, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Atonement Lutheran Church, 602 Auburn Drive (2 miles north of Interstate 90 on Haines Avenue). Featuring silent theme basket auction, bake sale and crafts. Supper served from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Supper tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for children and free for children younger than 5. 1 -- Rapid City Garden Club's 46th Annual Wreath and Centerpiece Sale, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Canyon Lake Senior Citizens Center, 2900 Canyon Lake Drive. Handmade wreaths, garlands and swags made from greens gathered in the Black Hills. Proceeds go toward civic beautification projects, donations and scholarships for horticultural education.
