Man pleads not guilty by reason of insanity to rape

PIERRE -- A Pierre man who faces 10 counts of rape has pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of insanity.
Frank Hansell is being held on $100,000 bond and will undergo a court-ordered psychological evaluation.
The 36-year-old is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old boy who was incapable of consent.
The rapes allegedly took place last year.
Hughes County State's Attorney Kelly Marnette says there may be more victims.
The prosecutor says Hansell lured boys to his home with promises of alcohol and cigarettes.
Hansell faces a maximum of 25 years in prison on each rape count.
