Rush lose in overtime to Colorado

Aaron Davis scored twice, including the game-winner 1:16 into overtime, to lift the Rocky Mountain Rage to a 3-2 Central Hockey League win over the Rapid City Rush Thursday night in Broomfield, Colo.
After a scoreless first period, Rapid City took a lead with a power play goal midway through the second frame when defenseman Gio Flamminio found the net for his third lamp-lighter of the season. Davis knotted the tally also on a power play, with less than one minute left in the period.
Rocky Mountain took the lead in the third period on an unassisted goal by Mike Bulawka, and Rapid City answered 30 seconds later when Rush player-assistant Chris Lipsett netted his 15th of the season off assists from Jon Pelle and Luke Fritshaw.
Rapid City travels to Amarillo, Texas, to take on the Gorillas, at 6:05 p.m. MST tonight.
