The South Dakota Cooperative Extension Service will host a cow-nutrition-at-calving training session Jan. 29 at Plankinton.

The event begins at 10:15 a.m. CST at the Aurora County Ag Building, 1302 E. First St., in Plankinton.

The session will feature presentations by Heidi Doering-Resch, Jerauld County Extension livestock educator, and Kevin Vaith, Beadle County Extension livestock educator.

Cost is $7.
