The UPS Store in Rapid City has received national praise for its recent score in a mystery shopper program. Mail Boxes Etc., the store's franchisee, congratulated the location on achieving a 92.7 percent grade in the Customer Equity Index Program.
The score was one of the best in MBE's network. Under the program, mystery shoppers are sent to the stores once each quarter to observe and gauge several customer service-related factors.
