Brandie Hirchert, a staff member at Rushmore Electric Federal Credit Union, has earned the STAR/MERIT certification.

The program is a series of credit union professional education courses completed on a correspondence basis.

The programs are designed to educate credit union staff members and are administered by the Credit Union National Association and the Mid-America Credit Union Association.
