The Real Estate Center of Spearfish is sponsoring a $1,000 Kickin' for College scholarship. All Spearfish High School sophomore, junior and senior students are eligible to win. To enter their names in the drawing, students must bring their student identification to the first home football game Aug. 29. At halftime, 10 names will be drawn and those students will then have an opportunity to kick a field goal.

Those who succeed will have their names entered in the drawing, held during the last home football game. The scholarship money may be used at the beginning of the student's second semester in the college or vocational school of his or her choice.
