Officials at Buffalo Chip Campground at Sturgis say veteran rock entertainment legend Chuck Berry has canceled a concert scheduled for Saturday.
Berry, 82, recently performed at Major League Baseball's All-Star Gala in St. Louis. The iconic musician, considered by many as the father of rock 'n' roll, plays more than a dozen concerts annually, many of them near his hometown of St. Louis.
With Berry out of the lineup, Saturday night's Chip concert will feature The Family Stone Project and The Classic Rock All Stars. The campground features a number of concerts throughout the rally, including such big name acts as Aerosmith, Toby Keith and Buckcherry.
