The chart-topping Canadian rockers The Guess Who will join the growing musical show at the Buffalo Chip Campground concert venue during the annual Sturgis motorcycle rally.

"I know the unique crowd of rockers who come to the Chip will find these guys the perfect way to close the 2009 party," Chip owner Rod Woodruff said in a news release.

The Guess Who will perform Saturday, Aug. 8. Previously announced Chip acts include Lita Ford, Billy Squier, George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Aerosmith and Creedence Clearwater Revisited.

From the 1960s through the 1970s, the Guess Who created 14 Top 40 hits with staying power and is one of five acts to have double-sided singles hit No. 1 on Billboard.
