NEWELL - The driver was killed in a rollover accident on Highway 212 east of Newell.
The Highway Patrol identified the victim as 21-year-old Coy Price of Mud Butte.
The accident happened shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday.
The patrol says a passenger, 21-year-old Garrett Vig of Newell, was not hurt.
