A Sioux Falls girl that ran away from the QUEST program of the State Treatment and Rehabilitation (STAR) Academy near Custer is back in custody.
The 15-year old was apprehended shortly after 6:30 p.m. MST Tuesday and she was returned to STAR Academy.
