RAPID CITY - The YMCA Arts & Science Center will host a Hoot-n-Howlin' Halloween from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 27, at the corner of Quincy and Ninth streets.

Participants will join in activities including a Halloween treasure hunt through the center, experience texture boxes, make slime, make a Halloween craft and watch dry-ice demonstrations.

Admission is $5 for YMCA members and $8 for all others; children ages 2 and younger are free. Adults also can accompany a child for free. For more information, call Darby Dark Smiley at 718-1040.
