Effective today, Wednesday, July 2, Derby Lane between East Minnesota Street and Field View Drive will be closed to through traffic for utility construction. The project should be completed by Friday.

Then, on Thursday, July 3, Quincy Street between East Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue will be closed to through traffic for utility construction. The project should be completed in one day.

Effective Monday, July 7, the outside lane for northbound traffic will be closed on Mount Rushmore Road between Franklin Street and St. Charles Street for utility construction. The project should be completed by Monday, July 14.
