A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Andrew Charles Chambers charging him with probation revocation for non-sufficient funds checks, first-degree.

Chambers, 45, is approximately 6-feet-5-inches tall, weighs 220 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

Chambers is believed to be in or around the Rapid City area.
