Starting Friday, Aug. 8, East North Street in Rapid City will have one west-bound lane between La Crosse and Waterloo streets.
The restriction will continue for a week to accommodate area sidewalk repairs. For more information, go to www.rcgov.org and click on "City Road Closings."
