RAPID CITY - Effective Monday, construction
crews will be removing the existing asphalt and doing an asphalt
overlay on Joy Avenue, Allen Avenue, College Avenue, Northeast
Drive and Horace Mann Drive.
Residents in the area should move all vehicles
from the streets. The work is scheduled to be finished by June
20.
