RAPID CITY - Local authorities have issued a felony warrant for Charlene Zoe Larvie, charging her with failure to appear at an arraignment on charges of possession of a conrolled substance, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Larvie, 20, has a dark complexion, stands about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Larvie is believed to be in or around the Rapid City or Mission areas.

Authorities ask that if you see Larvie or know of her whereabouts, do not approach her.

Instead, call the Pennington County Sheriffs Office at 394-6117, the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131 or the nearest law enforcement agency if you have any information which would result in the arrest Larvie.
