RAPID CITY - The public is invited to a celebration of two renovated parks in North Rapid on Saturday, Sept. 22.

The Scott Mallow Park dedication will be from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and the College Park dedication will be from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The parks were renovated and new playground equipment added by various volunteers headed by the Rapid City Advocates for Community Enhancement and the Rapid City Parks Department.
