Ryan Soderlin/Journal staff Cliff Foster of Olson Towing attaches hooks, chains, and cables to a car involved in an accident at the intersection of Mount Rushmore Road and Clark Street on Saturday afternoon. Foster hooked the car and dragged it onto a flatbed tow truck. Traffic officer Paul Wathen said the driver of the car was northbound on Mount Rushmore Road. The driver crossed the lanes of southbound traffic and struck a pole. He said the driver was taken to the hospital and that alcohol was not a factor.
