RAPID CITY - The Journey Museum's "Something on Saturday" activity table Nov. 10 will feature flags.
American flags will be on display, and flags of foreign countries will be viewed, as well. There will also be coloring pages, an information sheet and an activity in which children can draw or design a flag of their own.
The Something on Saturday activity is designed primarily for children in the second grade and younger and is planned and operated by The Journey Museum Teen Team. It is open to the public from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. each Saturday.
There is no admission for children, because those younger than 10 are always admitted free. The cost for the accompanying adult is $7.
For information about Something on Saturday, the teen team or to be placed on the museum's education department mailing list, call youth coordinator Kristi Thielen at 394-4103.
