RAPID CITY - The Pennington County Sheriff's Office has issued a felony arrest warrant for James Michael Ricks charging him with failing to comply with conditions of release for an original charge of distribution of marijuana.

Ricks, 23, has a light complextion, stands about 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.

He is believed to be in the Rapid City area.

Anyone with information about Ricks' whereabouts is asked to call the Pennington County Sheriff's Office at 394-6117.
