RAPID CITY - Rapid City Arts Council at the Dahl invites the public to a free art adventure called "School is Cool" from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at Dahl Arts Center, 713 Seventh St.

Activities will include making locker art and toppers, games, and prizes.

Live rock music will be provided by Mike Reardon.
