Kate Kelley, western area director for U.S. Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin, will be in Spearfish Thursday, April 3, to hold open office hours for area residents.

Anyone with a question or concern about federal government programs or services is welcome.

From 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Kelley will be at the Cedar House Restaurant, on the corner of North Main Street and Ryan Road, at Spearfish.
