An intoxicated man, bleeding from one hand, stood in the middle of East Boulevard North Monday evening, taking aim at passing cars with a high-tension bow and arrows, police say.

Police arrested Loren Two Bulls, 23, of Rapid City, around 6:05 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of East Boulevard North.

He is charged with six counts of aggravated assault and one count of theft of mislaid property.

Police said Two Bulls had a large utility razor knife with him and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol; he smelled of an alcoholic beverage, had bloodshot eyes and slurred his words, Sgt. Elias Diaz said.

Police received calls from the occupants of two passing cars and identified six victims: A 29-year-old man, a 20-year-old woman, a 19-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl, and two children, ages 1 and 2. All live in Rapid City and none were injured or struck by arrows.

People in one car reported a man shot an arrow at another vehicle before he took aim at their car. They said a third vehicle also passed by while the man was aiming at cars.

Police believe there is at least one other witness or victim of the incident who has not yet been identified.

Also, police are looking for the rightful owner of the bow.

If you have additional information or are a victim, contact the Rapid City Police Department at 394-4131.
