Separate road projects will affect travel in three areas of Rapid City starting Monday:

* At Omaha and Third streets, truck traffic will be heavy through Aug. 28 related to a storm water control project.

* Traffic should use caution through Aug. 24 in the construction zone along Copperfield Drive and Copperdale Drive. Work includes curb, gutter and sidewalks.

* Traffic headed east on St. Joseph Street will be restricted at Ninth Street through Thursday, Aug. 20, during installation of a ramp for handicapped pedestrians.
