SIOUX FALLS - Defense lawyers for two Hells Angels bikers standing trial in Sioux Falls plan to call as a witness Monday the star of an HBO documentary.
Chad Wilson and John Midmore are charged with attempted murder.
Prosecutors said they tried to kill five Outlaws Motorcycle Club affiliates in 2006 at Custer State Park, but the defense lawyer said his clients were ambushed and Wilson fired in self-defense.
Wilson is from Lynnwood, Wash., and a member of a Hells Angel chapter from California. Midmore is from Valparaiso, Ind., and is a prospect of a British Columbia chapter.
Their witness list includes Dr. Michael Baden, chief forensic pathologist for the New York State Police and star of HBO's "Autopsy."
The defense also plans to have a professor of human behavior testify.
