The 22nd He Sapa Wacipi Na Oskate (Black Hills Powwow) will be Thursday through Sunday, Oct. 9-12, at Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City.

It features dancing contests, arts and crafts vendors, Youth Day hands-on activities and the crowning of Miss He Sapa Win.
