The third person charged in the June robbery of a Rapid City convenience store pleaded guilty Wednesday.

Sloane Bull Bear, 18, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for his role in the robbery as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors. He faces a maximum sentence of eight years in prison when he is sentenced.

The other two men charged, Andrew Brown, 17, and Anthony One Feather, 20, both pleaded guilty earlier this year.

One Feather was sentenced to 180 days in jail and five years of probation.

Brown faces up to 25 years in prison when he is sentenced Dec. 3.

The three were arrested after robbing the Loaf 'N Jug convenience store on Haines Avenue. When the clerk followed them into the parking lot, they beat him.

They got away with cash and beer.

Seventh Circuit Judge Jack Delaney presided over the hearing.
