Starting Monday, construction will close the intersection of East Anamosa and Milwaukee streets to through traffic.

Rapid City officials said this portion of the project will continue for about a month, tentatively set for completion by Oct. 31. For details, call Hills Materials at 394-3300.

Also on Monday, Elm Avenue from East Flormann Street to East Tallent Street and East Meade Street from Elm Avenue to Michigan Street will be closed to through traffic for the second phase of the East Meade Street reconstruction project. This portion of the project should be completed by Dec. 22.

East Meade Street from Birch Avenue to Elm Avenue will remain closed as construction work continues. This portion of the project should be completed by Oct. 6.
