After nearly a year of work, the committee reviewing Rapid City's tax increment financing guidelines is ready to deliver its final report and recommended policy revisions.

A hearing designed to gather public input about the revised guidelines is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, July 24, in the second floor council chambers at the City/School Administration Center, 300 Sixth St.

Members of the Rapid City Council, Rapid City Planning Commission and the mayor may attend, but no formal action will be taken by those bodies at the meeting.

Written comments may be submitted by July 30 to the TIF guidelines review committee through the growth management department at the administration center. Comments may also be submitted online.
