RAPID CITY - Rapid City Councilman Bob Hurlbut is once again facing drunken driving charges.
The alderman was arrested Saturday.
Authorities say Hurlbut was initially stopped for speeding.
The councilman says he didn't think he was over the legal limit for alcohol or he wouldn't have been driving.
In his words, "Obviously, I was."
Hurlbut says he'll finish his term on the city council but won't seek re-election.
In 2006, he was given a suspended sentence and $400 fine for driving while intoxicated.
