A felony arrest warrant has been issued for Darryll Ernest Siers charging him with simple assault domestic abuse and interference with emergency communication.

Siers, 35, is approximately 6 feet tall, weighs 195 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Siers is believed to be in or around the Rapid City area.
