Inmate from Lawrence County died of natural causes

A South Dakota Corrections Department spokesman says autopsies have determined that two state prison system inmates who died earlier this month succumbed to natural causes.

Levern Floody, who was 62, died April 7 at the state prison in Springfield.

Floody was imprisoned for a rape conviction in Lawrence County.

Lester Glaser, who was 63, died April 6 at the prison in Sioux Falls

Glaser had been convicted of rape in Brown County.
