A felony warrant has been issued for Craig Aloysius Fast Horse charging him with failure to comply with imposed conditions of his release for distribution and possession of marijuana.

Fast Horse, 20, is approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall, weighs 139 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes.

He is believed to be in or around the Rapid City area.
