Kari Heenan gave birth to Levi on Wednesday at 9 a.m., that's 9-9-09 at 9, with help from the staff at St. Mary's Healthcare Center in Pierre.

"This is really extraordinary to have a baby born with such a unique circumstance," said Tanya Reiser, of St. Mary's. "Every baby is special; however, the Heenans will have something extra special to look back on throughout their child's life."
