People throughout South Dakota are using their bicycles all through the year.

To help make cycling a safer, more enjoyable experience, the first South Dakota Bicycle Summit, "Gearing Up for the Future," is set for Saturday, March 1, at Cedar Shores Resort in Oacoma.

Nationally known bicycle advocate Gary Sjoquist will be the keynote speaker.
