The Custer City Council will hold a special year-end meeting today at noon at city hall, 622 Crook Street.
Agenda items include a decision about storefront awnings and resolving possible public right-of-way conflicts along Mount Rushmore Road, the main street through downtown.
The council's first regular meeting of the new year will be at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 5, 2009.
