7:45 a.m. Senate State Affairs

* HB1233 to bring transparency to state spending by requiring the Bureau of Finance and Management to create a Web site making certain state government information available to the public

* HB 1320 to provide tax incentives for certain wind-energy facilities and energy-transmission equipment

9 a.m. Senate Local Government

* HB1151 to regulate the location and hours of operation of adult-oriented businesses

10 a.m. House Commerce * SB128 to revise certain provisions regarding the modification of credit-card agreements

10 a.m. House State Affairs * SB53 to revise capital-punishment provisions

* SB186 to establish an administrative procedure to appeal decisions to withhold public records

* SB189 to make all public records open unless specifically closed

10 a.m. Senate Judiciary * HB1149 to extend the period of time a protection order for domestic abuse may remain in effect

* HB1162 to prohibit the branding of a minor (a bill related to gang markings)

* HB1100 to create a rebuttable presumption against the award of custody to any person with a proven history of domestic abuse

The Senate and House convene at 2 p.m.

Bills in the Senate today include: * HB1138 to prohibit the use of a false academic degree or a degree that is not completed

* HB1178 to appropriate funds for the intensive methamphetamine treatment program in the women's state correctional system

* HB1179 to appropriate $750,000 for the state fair

* HB1218 to increase the maximum allowable outstanding amount of bonds issued by the Health and Educational Facility Authority on behalf of the four technical institutes (See the related story on page A1.)

* HB1258 to require that gift certificates conspicuously disclose information regarding fees and expiration dates

* HB1260 to revise sex-offender registry provisions for persons without a residence address

Bills in the House today include:

* SB199 to allow members of a public board to attend meetings of other public boards without advertising the gatherings

* SB111 to extend the prohibition of road hunting of big game to include hunting using certain additional weapons

* SB55 to authorize the Board of Regents to convey a tract of land in Pennington County to the United States Air Force and to declare an emergency

* SB148 to provide for a tax incentive for fuel blended with biodiesel

* SB176 to authorize remodeling, renovation and furnishing of the fourth floor of the State Capitol Building for use by the Legislature
