A 70-year-old Selby man has been charged with disorderly conduct for an alleged scuffle with a county commissioner.
Commissioner Jim Spiry says his clothing was grabbed by Kenneth Thorstenson.
Spiry, the former sheriff in Walworth County, says Thorstenson had complained about potholes in a gravel road leading out of Selby.
Spiry says he joked that Thorstenson should use his own equipment to fill the holes and that's when Thorstenson grabbed him.
The incident allegedly took place at a local restaurant.
Thorstenson is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 15.
