RAPID CITY - A Rapid City man pleaded not guilty on Wednesday
to attempted murder and aggravated assault.
Authorities say Brandon Harris, 27, tried to kill his
ex-girlfriend by shoving her out of his car and running her over.
Authorities said he smashed into a tree when he tried to run her
over a second time.
The woman was not seriously hurt.
