The second annual Feed the Need Day benefit for Youth & Family Services Girls Inc. raised $26,450 at Rapid City and Spearfish Taco Bell restaurants.
The proceeds included a $10,000 challenge gift from Taco Bell, more than $16,000 in donations and contributions from restaurant customers on Tuesday, according to a news release.
Those contributing at least $50 were entered in a drawing for three prizes. Winners included: Altrusa Club of Rapid City, $1,000 travel voucher from Modrick's Travel; Dr. Lee and Robbie Ahrlin won a family fiesta party at Watiki Waterpark; and Western Dakota Insurers won a Cinco De Mayo celebration package from Pepsi.
