A Wanblee woman has been indicted in federal court on a charge she caused an auto accident that killed another person.
Jolene Chief Bear is charged with involuntary manslaughter.
The indictment accuses her of driving drunk near Wanblee on Oct. 22 and crashing.
The document does include the name of the person who was killed.
