FAULKTON - The arraignment of a Highmore man charged in the death of a 14-year-old is scheduled Oct. 21.
Nineteen-year-old Blake Hemminger was indicted on charges of aggravated assault and second-degree manslaughter. He is free on bond.
Zach Glasesman of Gettysburg was hurt in a fight at a Memorial Day street dance in Orient and died in a hospital 11 days later.
