SIOUX FALLS - Bill Janklow has been ticketed after having a minor motor-vehicle accident in Sioux Falls.
The former congressman and four-term governor struck a parked vehicle in a grocery store parking lot and reportedly failed to report it.
Janklow told KELO Television that he was pulling a trailer and didn't realize he had hit the vehicle, adding that the fender-bender "left only a tiny mark."
Janklow, who is 69, served 100 days in jail and lost his license for three years after a second-degree manslaughter conviction for running a stop sign and killing a motorcyclist five years ago near Flandreau.
