A civil lawsuit against an Indian Health Services doctor who was practicing at Pine Ridge in 2004 has been set for trial after a half-dozen delays.

Tamara Star Comes Out, who's also known as Tamara Starr, alleges sexual contact by Mohammad Ahsan during treatment for abdominal pain.

Ahsan, who now lives in Ohio, denies the allegation.

Trial is set to begin June 3 in U.S. District Court at Rapid City.
