SIOUX FALLS - A federal judge has sentenced a Watertown man to more than seven years in prison for having child porn on his computer.
Jeffrey Landers, 34, earlier pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
Law enforcement officers took a computer from his home in January that had more than 600 photos and videos that had been downloaded from the Internet, according to the U.S. attorney's office.
Prosecutors said the investigation stems from Project Safe Childhood, a program in which local, state and federal authorities cooperate to prosecute people who exploit children over the Internet.
