PIERRE - A Sioux Falls man has stepped forward to claim a $144,157 lottery jackpot.

Rick Bandy won the prize by matching all five numbers in last Saturday's the Dakota Cash drawing.

Bandy says he chose his lucky numbers, using the number seven, his own birth date and a friend's birth date.
