Timber Lake man pleads guilty
TIMBER LAKE - An Isabel man will spent five months behind bars and lose his driving privileges for 10 years for a traffic accident that killed two friends.
Joe Locken, 28, pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular homicide for a Feb. 10 rollover accident near Isabel in which passengers Jace Waddell and Jeff Boldt were killed.
He also will be required to spend each Feb. 10 in jail for the next 10 years and will have to perform 400 hours of community service.
Locken could be sent to prison for up to 15 years on each count if he violates any terms of the sentence.
