RAPID CITY - Youth Flag Football for youth in grades 1-4 will begin on Sept. 10 with league play plus a jamboree. Cost for the league will be $45 per person which includes a jersey. Participants must register at the City Recreation office, 125 Waterloo Street, before September 10.
