RAPID CITY - Hart Ranch Golf Course has started signing up groups for beginner and novice players for May ladies group lessons.

The beginner group lessons are open to all women beginners or those who've played less than 20 times and have never had a lesson. The course will feature six lessons over six weeks and will cover all facets.

Lessons start at 5:30 p.m. May 1. A group consists of four to eight students at a cost of $150 per student. This covers instruction, range balls and on course instruction. Hart Ranch golf pro Craig Hatch will teach this class.

The novice group lessons feature four lessons over four weeks and focus on swing basics, short game and on course situations. Novice lessons start at 5:30 p.m. April 30. A group is five to 10 students at a cost of $80 per student. Hatch and Brett Grosz will teach this class.
